Soccer Apparel
Soccer apparel is often created from polyester mesh. Unlike
cotton options, this fabric is more breathable. It retains much less
heat and body sweat, providing a player with more comfort.
It is important to inspect soccer apparel before purchase. This holds
true for the inside of the uniform as well as its outside. Examine the
inside seams and labels closely. An itchy or uncomfortable uniform can
distract from game play.
Soccer apparel may also be known as kit. Shorts, socks, and shirts
or jerseys are a few clothing items described as basic equipment in
IFAB’s Laws of the Game. Footwear and shin pads are other important
elements. A goalkeeper may utilize additional attire such as tracksuit
bottoms or goalkeeping gloves.
